I am an experienced existential and integrative psychotherapist specialising in working with emotional difficulty, anxiety, depression, suicidal feelings, abuse & bi-polar. I am also a highly trained couples counsellor able to work with complex issues, but frequently also work with individuals on their relationship issues.

I provide flexible appointment times to suit your needs. I am always happy to have a one off session, in order for you to see whether you feel I am the 'right' therapist for you.

 

I have been a lecturer at the University of South Wales on the Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy since 2006 and am committed to helping develop the next generation of exceptional counsellors.

Fees:

Individual Counselling: £75 per 50 minute                                         session

Couples Counselling:    £85 per 50 minute                                         session,

                                        £85 per 75 minute                                         session 

Clinical Supervision:     £75 per 50 minute                                         session  

                                        £90 per 90 minute                                         session

I am passionate about therapy and how it can help people come to terms with difficult life histories including abuse, neglect, trauma and loss. These experiences can have a profound effect on how you view the world and form relationships or sometimes things can change from out of the blue and can impair your ability to live a fulfilling life.

 

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore the difficulties you are facing and develop new perspectives. I have wide experience of working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and trust issues.

As well as counselling individuals, I have also trained as a couples counsellor and have particular experience of working with clients who are on the autistic spectrum.
