How does therapy work?


There is no straightforward answer. But it does. Research suggests that finding the 'right' therapist is crucial; right in the sense of someone both highly trained & that you can feel good with.


Therapy is an individual experience and unique to each of us. Facing up to long time problems which may, at some level, feel impossible to deal with often takes either a blind leap of faith or just plain desperation.


We are integrative therapists which simply means that we are able to 'integrate' or choose from any number of theoretical approaches and both accredited members of the regulatory body ( & have three Masters degrees in Counselling between us.


We work collaboratively giving you the client the choice in just how much change you would like to achieve and over what length of time.
